Free WiFi Cosy village house in the beautiful town of Campanet, on the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range, with capacity for 6 guests. This is the best place to interact with the locals and learn about the Majorcan traditions at the same time that you enjoy peace in a beautiful pedestrian street embellished by plantas and flowers. The house features a very special patio that includes a spectacular private chlorine pool that measures 6 x 5 meters and has a depth that ranges from 1.3 to 1.4 meters.. There is a fabulous barbecue area at one side of the patio, also equipped with a dining table and some antic sinks, as well as the sliding glass door to enjoy the good weather equally. Outside you will also find a shower bathroom. At the other side of the patio you will find the accommodation itself. It is a large village house with neighbours on each side, with 120 m2 distributed over three floors where the traditional architectural elements such as the stone walls and the traditional Mallorcan arch are mixed with the comforts of today. Entering from the street we find a large living-dining-kitchen area where you will be able to share great moments with your loved ones. It is equipped with a sofa and armchairs where you can watch satellite television, if you wish, next to the wood cooker on the coldest days, the dining table with capacity for 6 people, and a well-equipped kitchen with gas cooker, oven and microwave among others. In the house you will also find a laundry area with washing machine, iron and ironing board. In the basement you will find a second living room where you can relax or read a book in privacy. The 3 bedrooms are located on the first floor and have air conditioning. The first bedroom has two double beds and the others have a double bed each. If you are travelling with a baby, we can provide you with a cot and a highchair. A bathroom with bathtub completes the first floor. Campanet is a wonderful village on the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range. It presents the basic services for an independent stay, as well as bars and restaurants and a great social life. A street market takes place on Tuesdays and Saturdays where you can buy seasonal local products. In addition, it is also the starting point of several hiking and cycling routes. Inca is a nearby city where you will find shops and supermarkets, and all you may need. The beach of Muro is only 17.8 km away from the property. It is a fine sandy beach with crystalline waters- If you love playing golf the nearest course is only 15 km away in Pollensa. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. Bonjour, Nous avons adorés notre séjour à Campanet! Le logement est situé dans une belle ville montagneuse tranquille! Il y avait à proximité épicerie,café,restaurant à distance de marche. De plus, le logement possédait un air climatiser dans chaque chambre, un gros gros plus lors des saisons chaude d’été. Aussi, la section pool house + terrasse était très bien équipé et entretenue à chaque jours . Un bel endroit pour profiter de l’extérieur. Pour terminer, très bel endroit pour profiter des montagnes et visiter les environs. Den Stil des Hauses muss man mögen (sehr rustikal :-)). Nachdem wir uns eingelebt hatten, war es super. Leider kann man aus der Beschreibung nicht direkt raus lesen, dass der Pool und das eigentliche Wohnhaus getrennt voneinander sind. Aber das hat uns dann irgendwann nicht mehr gestört. Sauberkeit und Service sind toll. Einziges wirkliches Manko ist die Parkplatzsituation. Es gibt zwar die Straße vor dem Haus wo man parken kann, aber leider ist das Dorf sehr bergig und wenn man wie wir am 2\. Tag so richtig eingeparkt (5 cm Abstand hinten und vorne) wird dann ist es nicht mehr lustig mit einem Leihwagen. Dann lieber den öffentlichen Parkplatz nutzen der 6 Minuten Fußweg weg ist. Pool wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und zu unserer Überraschung wurde auch der Müll komplett von den Reinigungskräften mitgenommen. Danke dafür ##### Katja K. Es gab alles in der Einrichtung wirklich alles.. Das Dorf Campanet ist ein reines Mallorca spanisches Dorf, ohne die vielen Touristen. Man braucht aber ein Auto nicht zum einkaufen aber um schneller zum Meer zu kommen oder sich anderes anzuschauen. Alles geht auch mit dem Bus. Den erreicht man in 10 Minuten Fußweg wie 2 Supermärkte,, Bäcker und Restaurants. Für gehbehinderte Menschen nicht zuzulassen. Treppen bis zum Haus. Treppen im Haus.
