Country House 'Son Puca 1' with Private Pool, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Built in 2011, the luxury finca Son Puca I is a fantastic country finca with views over the orange groves to the village of Buger. The finca stands on an orange plantation with more than 3000 trees and offers space for up to 12 people on more than 400 square meters of living space. There are several terraces around the finca, some of which are overgrown with vines, and a covered outdoor seating area with a large barbecue in front of the kitchen overlooking the pool. Right by the pool there is a small terrace with a cozy seating area. Around the pool there is a lawn area of approx. 300 square meters where you can relax on the sun loungers. You can swim laps in the beautiful outdoor pool from morning to night or splash around with the children.

On the first floor, the finca has a large lounge with modern furnishings. There is plenty of space here for a group of guests, even in the cooler months of the year. The designer kitchen is fully equipped and has another dining table and access to the barbecue. The first floor is spacious. At the rear is the large master suite consisting of a bedroom, small lounge with sofa bed, dressing room and large bathroom. On the second floor of the finca there are three further bedrooms, two of which have their own bathroom en suite. One of the bedrooms with en-suite bathroom has an adjoining bedroom, i.e. the hallway leads to the bedroom with two single beds (ideal for 2 children, for example), followed by another door to a further bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The layout of the finca is more than generous. The finca is equipped with a modern hot/cold air conditioning system and also has additional electric radiators.
During the orange harvest, you can pick the oranges directly from the tree at Finca Son Puca I. A dream finca for a successful vacation.
