Our home is situated in a developing and culturally diverse neighborhood with long-term residents from various backgrounds. We have not experienced any safety issues; however, we encourage guests to review the location carefully before booking. Please note that cancellations based on neighborhood preference will not be accepted after arrival.

🗑️ Waste Disposal & Home Care

To help us maintain a clean and comfortable space for everyone:

• All trash must be securely tied in garbage bags and placed in the designated outdoor bins. Improper disposal will result in a $50 charge.

• Please ensure all windows and doors are locked whenever you leave the property and again at check-out.

• Turn off all lights when not in use and confirm they are switched off before departure.

• Food and beverages are not permitted in the bedrooms. Kindly enjoy meals in the dining area only.

• Furniture must remain in its original placement. Rearranging is not permitted.

💲 Fees & Additional Charges

• Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Violation will result in a cleaning fee ranging from $500–$800, depending on remediation costs.

• Unauthorized late check-out exceeding 30 minutes will incur a $60 fee.

Unauthorized guest will be charged $75 per day and may cancel the reservation without any refund.

• Remaining in the property more than 2 hours past check-out time will result in a charge equivalent to an additional night’s stay.

• If the home is left in excessively unclean condition, an additional $100-150 deep-cleaning fee will apply based on the additional payment to the cleaner.

🤝 Booking Agreement

• By confirming your reservation, you agree to act respectfully and in good faith toward the host and property.

• Guests acknowledge responsibility for any legal costs, court fees, attorney fees, and applicable damages resulting from disputes or violations of the booking terms.

We appreciate your cooperation in respecting the home and these guidelines. Following these rules ensures a smooth and pleasant experience for all guests.
