"When we checked in to our original room, the A/C was not working. The lady at the front desk (didn’t catch her name but she was dressed as a green M&M) was soooo helpful and sweet. She switched us to another room immediately while also helping another guest on the phone and 2 more at the desk! - Talk about multitasking! The breakfast was delicious and my son loved the bacon!"
