"I was disappointed in one particular aspect. Free airport shuttle was offered - yet when I arrived, called and waited 45 minutes (for a 10 min trip), then found out the shuttle was broken. They did NOT reimburse the Uber, even after saying they would. Additionally, the following morning, my shuttle was not recorded from prior night - luckily still had time to make my flight, and the GM did not respond to my question about reimbursing the $20 Uber. Beyond that, the room was good, bed comfortable, clean, bathroom cramped but good. Breakfast standard. But I won't stay there again with the lack of attention to my request."

"Very old and run down. Overall feeling of dirty. Certainly not worth the money! The focus of the Hotel is around the presentation of the lobby area. The rooms are run down and in need of upgrades. Spend some money so people will want to stay here!"

"Beautiful hotel and we had a wonderful stay, but there’s definitely some room for improvement. Signage was difficult to follow so we found ourselves turned around quite a few times (eventually we figured it out). Our bathroom floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned very well and there was a used piece of gum behind our phone when we checked in, neither of which were a huge deal to us and the rest of the room was spotless, so we didn’t bother bringing it to anyone’s attention. The TV remotes/TV settings could benefit from a sleep timer option, but again, super minor inconvenience. Otherwise, the rooms are spacious and modern, beds were comfortable, staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the overall vibe of the hotel was great. I would definitely stay here again when I’m in the Buffalo area."

"Overall it was a good stay! The staff are great and the room was great! The only downsides were that we like to take the stairs and you can only go to the second floor if you want access to the lobby, if you go to the first floor the stairs lead directly outside. There is a warning sign for that on the second floor, which is really helpful. And the lobby bathroom apparently takes a separate key obtained from the front desk, the room keys didn’t work for us. They don’t have onsite parking but they provide great directions to a parking garage close by, we paid 20.00 to park overnight. Lastly, it’s very close to the trolley so you’ll hear it but it does stop between midnight and six a.m.Overall a good stay but some tiny nuances that might be helpful to know ahead of time. Enjoy your travels!"

"The location was very convenient, close to UB North. Staff were great, supplying extra washcloths and towels promptly upon request. The breakfast had variety and was available in a pleasant bright space. Out unit would have been improved if a towel rack had been installed close to the bathroom sink. All in all though it was a good place for our 6-day stay."

"Small town folks in a big city. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable which made our adventure that much more enjoyable. From check in to check out we were greeted with smilies and a few jokes. ;)"

"The police were in and out of the building. The room was dirty, the bed had been slept in and the shower had dried vomit in the shower. We did no stay and when asked for a refund, they refused to refund our money. Had to sleep in our car bc no rooms available at any other hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE!"
