Property was centrally located and within walking distance to many attractions (Casa Rosada, el Congreso, Palacio Barolo, Plaza de Mayo, Café Tortoni, Puerto Madero, Avenida Corrientes, among others). Room needed more attention to details. The fridge did not work (and we were told that its purpose was to keep beverages at room temperature - which doesn’t make any sense. Check-in staff members (with the exception of Jazmin) were not very helpful. I have to point out that Jazmín was excepcional in understanding our request for transportation during check-out and was very professional throughout the process. Thanks Jazmin! The staff from the bar was also very attentive.

The furniture in the room was worn out, needs replacement. The desk was dirty. The rooms do not have coffee makers, the staff at the front desk are not friendly at all. The open concept of the bathroom is not comfortable. The air condition did not work. Had to sleep with the windows open and the noise frfom the street was very loud.

The hotel is right it’s near the obelisk. If you need a change of money is just right out outside the hotel. The staff is is amazingly helpful and friendly. They have security to make sure only guest and staff gets in. Breakfast was decent (continental).

The staff at this hotel were super friendly and professional. The hotel restaurant didn't have a big menu but it was super convenient and relaxing to grab a bite to eat there. The hotel breakfast was fantastic! The room temperature and bed were very comfortable. Also, great location.

Great location, clean, friendly staff BUT pool was closed and the bar ran out of beer. And tonic. In the middle of a shopping area. Don't they trust the manager to make an exceptional purchase locally? Very strange...

Great location in city center. Staff very friendly and helpful. Best breakfast bar I have ever had, but expensive $16 per person per day. A/C was either on or off, thermostat had no control of temperature

Hotel bien ubicado ,personal muy atento y amistoso, desayuno muy bueno y variado . Limpieza y tamaño de habitación muy buenos.Comentarios desfavorables: El estado del hotel es regular, cortinas en la habitación estaban rotas, mampara del baño rota, muebles antiguos y en mal estado...También suguiero que al desayuno los jugos sean naturales o de mejor calidad ya que los que sirven son realmente malos. No funcionaba el sauna lo cual me pareció mal.

We've stay here several times. It's a great hotel in a great location. Super convenient for getting to and from airports. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Hard to beat the breakfast buffet.

This location is nearby all the attractions for visitors travel around. The fertility in the hotel are average. Like the rooftop swimming pool and the good view of 9 de julio.

We liked the modern room, the staff (especially Juan at the desk) and the restaurant. The pool was OK but rather small. The sauna was not working.

We reserved a Junior Suite, on the last floor of the hotel. We could hear the A/C units working from the terrace. Absolutely annoying, terrible noise isolation. We didn't sleep well. Plus, the hot water took over 20 minutes to come out in the bathroom. This is normal they said. Plus, they didn't leave us toilet paper available. We had to ask for it to the front desk. We are not staying here again.
