Hotel itself was good, quiet, excellent location near Obelisk. Staff was very nice. There was no hot water for 2 days. The NH website wouldn't work, couldn't log in to do admin stuff and order room service.

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
I stayed 2 nights in 2 different rooms. The first one was pretty good and the second one (room 715) the worst I have had in any NH properties, and I have been in many. Unacceptable. It looks a cheap motel room with clear lack of maintenance. Very disappointed with this experience. I regret booking in this one.
