"This is my first time in Ixtapa and me and my family had the worst experience ever the staff was extremely rude. The food was a five out of 10 the rooms were not cleaned whatsoever. "Muchas ocasiones me hospedé en este hotel y antes era agradable el personal,pero esta última ves estuvo terrible el trato,desde recepción hasta los meseros ,solo el restaurante paseo por México excelentes persona e inigualable trato,los demás dio mucho que desear!!siempre con su cara molesta y sin ningún buen trato Ya no lo recomiendo en absoluto"
