Enjoy a weekend staycation in the heart of horse country! This beautiful studio is set on an exclusive 5 acre working ranch and boasts dedicated horse stalls right by your door. Fully-equipped with kitchen, King sized bed, Wi-Fi & laundry facilities, this authentic countryside studio promises you all the luxury amenities while still captivating nature's tranquility. Feel like part of a real farm and enjoy its convenient location near world renowned wineries & dining spots just moments away.
This is a legal farm stay accommodation located in the County of Santa Barbara. The MAX guest limit is 2 ADULTS, no children are allowed due to close proximity to horses and that this is a "working horse ranch" with numerous other animals. Bed is king sized!
Horses cannot be boarded or ridden at this property. No pets allowed due to insurance restrictions. Please inquire first for any stay longer than 30 days. Property Owner approval required. This property may or may not have surveillance cameras installed in common areas for security purposes only. Any such cameras (if applicable) are strictly limited to public common areas and are expressly prohibited in any location where a reasonable expectation of privacy exists, in accordance with California Penal Code 647(j). Good Neighbor Policy and city regulations require the use of decibel monitoring devices when located in residential areas. These are not listening or recording devices.

We loved our stay in Buellton. Kim’s place is amazing. Super clean and beautiful property. Loved walking out each morning and saying hello to the horses. We will be back for sure.
My fiancé and I stayed here and we loved it. It’s spacious and has AC. It’s not far from Solvang and it’s very easy to get to. I would highly recommend this place for couples looking to visit the area.

Just the perfect lil vacation spot. So close to everything, but so nicely tucked away from the main city. You can see amazing stars out there at night. And the horses are so beautiful to watch out your window. Had such a lovely time, would absolutely stay again.
My wife and I loved this place. This room is built on to the horse barn. The room and facilities are very clean. Room has everything a couple needs for a romantic getaway to wine country.

My only disappointment was that I could stay only two days. I was in town for a wedding but enjoyed close access to local wineries, restaurants and groceries. The setting at the horse ranch is so peaceful. It has a well equipped kitchen and bath and very comfortable bedding. I’d definitely stay again.

We had such a wonderful and relaxing stay here. The owners are amazing and their animals are awesome. We couldn't have asked for a better place to be. The property is easy to get to, but close to town. There isn't much traffic noise from the highway. The location is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. We loved being greeted by the horses each day.

Communication from the rental company was quick and efficient. Everyone was so friendly during the booking process. The farm is absolutely gorgeous. We loved waking up to the sound of the horses munching on hay. The property owner was friendly the few times we ran into her. The studio is well stock with all the comforts of home. If I find myself back in the area, I will defineitly we staying here again.
This property is excellent. We had a wonderful stay and wish we could have stayed longer! The apt is super clean and has everything you need. It's so cool having horses as your neighbors. This little guest house next door to the stables is absolutely adorable and comfortable, very relaxing. The hosts are friendly and generous, the animals are very quiet. Our only complaint is the television reception. It did not stay up for more than five minutes at a time. Got plenty of reading in.
The property was more than expected. Being so close to the horses made it amazing. My wife, who grew up riding, loved it. Very peaceful and quiet. The unit is very nice and fully equipped. If you need a swimming pool and a short walk to restaurants, this is not the place for you. If you want to sit outside and enjoy your morning coffee, listen to the birds and watch the horses, then stay here!

My wife and I enjoyed our three-day 28th wedding anniversary at this ranch gem. It's very removed from the city noise yet major tourist attractions within the Santa Barbara area are just about an average of a 45-minute drive from this place. Haller Coastal Homes which is the management company is reachable and helpful if needed and so are the owners. Waking up to birds singing and Seeing the horses on the ranch was a bonus. The outside of the property is what you would expect on the farm a structure with a moderate appearance. But wait until you walk inside the specious studio, it’s very welcoming, homey, very clean and has everything one would need in their own home. The decor is simple but elegant, the colors are very well coordinated, the bed which blends into the farm theme is very comfy and so are the pillows and beddings. The bathroom and the shower are very clean and well stocked with supplies. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils if you are into cooking. The AC is very quiet but it can regulate temperature within minutes. The price is very reasonable given what this property has to offer. We will book this studio again and my wife and I - who can be hard to please sometimes - do recommend it particularly if you are a couple.

We made a last minute decision to come up to Santa Barbara Wine Country and found this great gem.
The location itself is perfect. Not too far off the 101, the property is a few miles down the highway. Just a few hundred yards away from a major road, the home is super quiet.
To make the property even more unique, the studio (which feels much bigger than an average studio) has four horses and couple mini horses who hang out right outside your front door. Never once was I bothered by them, let alone noticed any sounds once I was inside the unit.
The inside of the studio was spacious, very clean and full of every amenity you could need for your stay. My wife and I were very impressed with everything. They even had a touch of the seasons. Since we were right up on fall, there were a few pumpkins and fall colors to add a homely touch.
Making the property even better, is the location to all the attraction the Santa Ynez Valley has to offer. Each town was no more than 5-10 minutes away (by car). Wineries, fine dining, shopping, etc., are located in every direction from the property.
We will definitely look this location up when we are in the area next time! I guarantee you will like it!

Comfortable, modern apartment in a pleasant rural setting with horses and wildlife
My wife and I had an unexpectedly pleasant stay at this very comfortable apartment located in the middle of a small horse boarding facility located just far enough off the highway to make you feel like you are very far away from urban life. We booked the ranch escape at the last minute, thinking it was not what we really wanted but that it would make do. However, we enjoyed our stay so much that we will now put this property near the top of our list the next time we visit SB wine country! The property is bordered by long row of towering, columnar evergreens reminiscent of those you see in northern Italy. To the south is a view of the Santa Rita Hills. Though we're decidedly amateurs when it comes to birding, we identified a couple dozen bird species that live in the area by simply sitting on the patio each day and sipping our coffee or wine. Even the most distant wineries are only 20-30 minutes away, as are most of the good restaurants in the Santa Ynez Valley. The apartment itself has a comfortable king size bed, a nice kitchen, and a wifi system more than adequate to stream our favorite TV shows at night. Although the owner has chosen to use a real estate company to manage the facility, she was actually quite accessible and friendly, and we enjoyed meeting her. We look forward to our next stay at the Ranch Escape and think most of you will enjoy it too.
