Hotel was central and lovely and warm.
The beds were not a double bed but two single beds together which made it uncomfortable.

This is a lovely hotel by the famous casino. The quality and variety of dinner options was most excellent. The hotel staff accommodated our request for spa services. We enjoyed a walk around town and the Christmas market was delightful. Would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

A three-star hotel charging five-star prices. Even a request for a bottle of still water to be sent to the room was greeted with resistance. The front desk staff were consistently rude and did not follow through on promises.

The hotel was fantastic and the rooms were very clean and spacious. The location is better than expected as Google Maps shows longer walking distances than the actual walking options. The hotel is steps form many great restaurants, walking routes and facilities were great. The staff is very nice and helpful. The onsite restaurant I would recommend for a meal. I would stay at the hotel again.

The room was decorated beautifully and it was very clean and quiet. The gym had great equipments and was very clean. The staff were friendly. We had two massages from Maria which was really good. The hotel was next to all the shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed staying there.

This is a perfect location for the Christmas market (in season), which is just across the street. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The hotel has an upscale look and feel. Note that the bar is closed midweek in winter (based on the small crowds, it would probably be dull even if open).

Spa area and the team managing the spa were great. The location was superb and provided convenient access to the local sites. Breakfast was good as well.

Great location next to Casino Baden. AC was very weak and I slept on the couch in the air stream of the AC vent to get some relief. Room felt stuffy and muggy during entire stay but worse during high heat days. Staff couldn't really do anything about it. Wife slept with portable fan we brought with us.

The staff is so warm and welcoming and helpful. I arrived just after restrictions had gone into effect in certain areas of Germany and the staff let me know right away what rules were while out and about. The staff in the restaurant was so friendly and made the experiences even more enjoyable. Thank you for the wonderful, relaxing visit!
