La Casa di Asia looks like a 60 square meter apartment located on the first floor of a residential building in the heart of Budoni. The spaces have been designed to offer maximum comfort to a family of four, ensuring privacy and functionality in every environment. The layout of the rooms is designed to make the most of the available square footage, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere for your stay in Sardinia.
The apartment has two bedrooms that ensure an ideal rest for all guests: the main bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, while the second bedroom offers two single beds , perfect for children or for those who prefer to sleep separately. The living room represents the beating heart of the house, a bright space where you can relax after days spent exploring the beauty of Gallura. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including an oven , microwave and dishwasher , allowing you to prepare meals easily and spend more time relaxing. The bathroom completes the equipment of the apartment, ensuring convenience and comfort for all guests. A particular strength is the balcony , which offers a private outdoor space where you can enjoy the fresh air and the Mediterranean atmosphere.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning to ensure maximum climate comfort during the warmer months, while the fast Wi-Fi connection will allow you to always stay connected to the outside world. The washing machine is available to manage the laundry in complete autonomy, making medium-term stays easier. For moments of relaxation, the television in the living room will entertain you during quieter evenings. Private parking represents a significant added value, eliminating any concern related to finding a parking space in the busiest areas. Tourist tax:

Please note, at check time you will be asked to pay tourist tax according to Budoni City following rules:

March, April, May June, September and October: 0.50€ per day per person.
July and August 1.00€ per day per person.



No Tourist Tax shall be paid in the following cases:

Children under the age of 12
Stay in the months of January, February, November and December
Stay longer than 30 days





Check-in: EARLY CHECK-IN
Requests for CheckIn in the morning or otherwise before 4:00 p.m. are subject to availability and an additional charge of €30.00 in May, June, September, October and €40.00 in July and August
LATE CHECK-IN
Check-in for arrivals between 10:00 p.m. and midnight is subject to a surcharge of €40.00 if done in person, it is free if done independently through the KeyBoxes present at our Welcome Point in Via Nazionale, corner Via Palermo 1 -Budoni (SS)
Check-in for arrivals after 24:00 is subject to a surcharge of € 50.00 if done in person, it is free if done independently through the KeyBoxes present at our Welcome Point in Via Nazionale, corner Via Palermo 1 -Budoni (SS)
LATE CHECK-OUT
Late check-out after 10:00 a.m. is subject to availability and an additional charge of €40 from January to May and from September to December. For the months of June, July and August of 70€.

Where not expressly stated, animals are allowed. An extra €20.00/night per pet and an extra cleaning fee of €50.00 per stay will be charged
EXTRA LINEN
upon request, additional linens will be provided in addition to those already included in the normal cleaning - The entire bedding set (top and bottom sheets + pillowcases), the entire bath set (small bidet sponge, medium face sponge and large shower sponge + shower mat will be provided), courtesy kit as the initial one. Cost: 30€/person.

The request for Cot and Highchair are subject to availability and have an additional cost of 10€/night
EXTRA LUGGAGE STORAGE
It is possible to deposit luggage at our Welcome Point in Budoni at a cost of 2.50€/luggage

Arrival between 00:00 and 02:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 22:00 and 00:00 is subject to 40 late arrival fee.
