  • Stylish, private, self-contained, newly-renovated studio adjacent to main house with separate entry. Spacious, comfortable living area, queen bed, and separate well-equipped kitchen. Outdoor deck area available for use of guests.
    Located juts a few hundred metres from beautiful Budgewoi Beach and Budgewoi Lake and a short walk to the Budgewoi Hotel, local shops and restaurants.
    Only a short drive to surf beaches and other local attractions.
    Facilities include free WiFi, access to multiple TV streaming services, and HiFi.
    Off-street parking, laundry facilities and BBQ also available.

I cannot believe the goodies Michael provided. Very kind and generous - I wasn’t even really sure if they were for guests! Have never experienced this before. A very comfortable stay with everything anyone could need. Thanks so much to Michael for his quick responses to questions and for his welcoming space.
