"Enjoyed the funky bunkbed family room, daily housekeeping like a hotel yet vast majority of housing here is for long-term students. Despite this, room and hallway in the hotel section was quiet. Laundry available but process is odd; ask at front desk. Check-in is touch screen automated but data entry a bit tedious. Good restaurant and cafe features. Short walk to major train/subway hub and Prater park. Fun place. "

"I really like staying at Smartments Wien Westbahnhof. It is so close to the train station and the U1, close to amenities like grocery stores, and has a nice little kitchen--very functional. I have stayed here many times on business trips. But I don't know if I will stay again. It is terribly noisy, due to the neighboring properties (which I assume are youth hotels). With the window open on warm night, it can be very hard to sleep: large groups coming and going make noise outside late into...

"First stay at the Senator, I stayed as it was convenient to the embassy I was visiting. It's easy to find, and park. It's staff are exceptional, reception staff second to none. Checkin was simple and fast, parking under the building limited so you should book, I had, and no issues at all. There's an on site Cafe for coffee etc, and several more in the street close by. The room was fine, bed and pillows comfortable, I would highly recommend the hotel. "
