"I really like staying at Smartments Wien Westbahnhof. It is so close to the train station and the U1, close to amenities like grocery stores, and has a nice little kitchen--very functional. I have stayed here many times on business trips. But I don't know if I will stay again. It is terribly noisy, due to the neighboring properties (which I assume are youth hotels). With the window open on warm night, it can be very hard to sleep: large groups coming and going make noise outside late into...
