"Apartments state they have a washing machine and tumble drier in the kitchen of the property. They do not. There is a washing machine that you can use within very limited hours on the ground floor of the block but no tumbler. Booked this specifically for this reason mid way through a 3 week holiday to allow us to wash clothing, so disappointed. "It was a lovely stay- nice and clean. The only (small) downfalls were: 1) The batteries in the remote control ran out after the first day but we couldn’t open the back because it needed a little screw driver! Maybe it’s an idea to keep a set there?! 2) All the windows, except one little one, had curtains/a blind, which was annoying because there was a lack of privacy when the other guests were walking past, especially when moving between the bedroom and bathroom! 3) There was no oven tray....

"Fantastic location, close to centre (cathedral) but in a quiet courtyard. Really stylishly decorated, well equipped with lots of nice touches, comfy bed and brilliantly clean. Comms and self check in were perfect. The bathroom door is just glass, of which only 50% is frosted, just FYI for other guests!"

"Very new and very nice. Out of everything it was just as it should be! One thing I would recommend is to remove the big tree in front of the sauna as that would make for a beautiful view. But this is only a recommendation. Everything was great."
