The property boasts a large fenced garden of approximately 1,500 square meters, featuring a well-kept lawn and a spacious patio furnished with a dining table, perfect for enjoying pleasant meals outdoors. Guests will also find a ping-pong table, ideal for moments of leisure and fun for both adults and children. Guests can unwind in the beautiful private pool (6 x 12 m, depth 140 cm), surrounded by magnificent views over the Tuscan landscape. The pool, open from May 1st to September 30th, is equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, a shower, and an elegant gazebo with a table and chairs, perfect for sipping an aperitif at sunset. Completing the villa are a convenient private parking area that can accommodate up to 6-7 cars and a practical barbecue, ideal for preparing delicious grilled meals with family and friends. First floor: The sleeping area is located on the first floor and consists of 4 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom with two single beds that can be joined to form a comfortable double bed if needed.
