We stayed at The Mansion Boutique Hotel as two couples and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff were genuinely lovely — welcoming, attentive, and always happy to help. They went above and beyond for my husband’s birthday, sending a bottle of Prosecco and chocolates to our room, which was such a thoughtful surprise and made the stay feel extra special. The hotel itself is elegant and comfortable, and the atmosphere is perfect for a relaxing break.

Our room was on the third floor-54 steps up. For two 80 year olds this was a bit tough. The room was nice and had adequate electrical outlets;the bathroom was very small. The included breakfast was ok: the same as breakfast every hotel in Romania. It is well located in a quiet area about a 20 minute walk to the town center.

The staff was amazing. We arrived later in the evening. The hotel is on a cobblestone street where motorized vehicles are not allowed. The hostess met the cab out at the street and helped with luggage. We had an early morning excursion and so they packed breakfast to go. In addition they made wonderful recommendations that made our trip that much better. The only thing I would note is there is no elevator so and spiral staircases so it may not be right for everyone. Other than that it was very centrally located and right next to the resturaunts and clubs. Great stay, great food and great staff.

Location is good, rooms excellent and staff very helpful indeed. Breakfast was excellent too and it was enjoyable to sit almost outside watching people walk past. I can't fault it but would caution that it is an historic building and has no lift, although the staff offered to carry heavy baggage upstairs if needed.

Lovely hotel, staff friendly and helpful. My room was upgraded and they booked an excursion to the Parliament Palace for me. The hotel also arranged my airport transfers. Would recommend this hotel based in the old town, it’s a great location for walking to see the attractions.
