The apartment is located on the ground floor of a detached house surrounded by greenery, in a quiet and relaxing setting. Guests can enjoy spacious outdoor areas, ideal for spending pleasant moments in the fresh air, including a garden, a barbecue area, and a pool, available from June through September. Free parking is also available on the property. The apartment features a private entrance that leads directly into a cosy living room with a relaxation area, a double sofa bed, a large 60-inch TV, a fireplace, and an extendable table. The living room opens onto a large, fully equipped kitchen-dining area, which also features another table seating 6 people. The sleeping area consists of: a spacious master bedroom, a small bedroom with bunk beds, and an additional single bed. The apartment also features a spacious bathroom with a large shower and a convenient hallway. Additional beds can be added upon request, making the home suitable for larger groups as well. This is the perfect choice for families, couples, or groups of friends looking to enjoy a holiday surrounded by nature, tranquility, and comfort.
We are Roberto and Grazia, a couple deeply connected to our homeland of Abruzzo. We live in the hills, surrounded by peace and greenery, but we return to our beloved mountains whenever we can. We love nature in all its forms: via ferrata, rock climbing, hiking, and snowshoeing, following the simple rhythms of this region. We’ve decided to open the doors of our home to share this love.
