"It's a student halls of residence. If that's what you're expecting I would imagine you'd be very happy with the room. If you're expecting a hotel, it's not a hotel. It was exactly as I was expecting. Comfortable, no frills, perfectly fine for a one night stay for me. Wifi was great. "Always our go to family hotel whenever we are in South Wales. Clean facilities, top of the range customer service. The breakfast is also very exemplary with lots of options only downside is felt like they were rationing some of the pastries as every time we went to get some croissants they were gone and had to keep requesting the chef to add and then they were gone again, happened on two occasions. Other than that we enjoyed our stay."

"Upon arrival (slightly early) I was greeted by a lovely lady on reception; very helpful. Check-in was quick & efficient. Good sized room & very comfy bed. Compact but super-clean & functional bathroom, with a great powerful shower. High quality towels & linens throughout. Room amenities were of a high standard, plenty of hanging space for clothes, plus drawers for my bits. Spacious desk/workspace, with plenty of power outlets. After checking in, I enjoyed a superb meal in the restaurant, & a couple of drinks in the bar; for the standard I was more than happy with the cost. I had an issue (lost property), but that was quickly resolved by the hotel manager who was extremely helpful. Can't fault this establishment; I can thoroughly recommend a stay & a meal!"
