"Wonderful location with lovely walks & views around it. Beach only 10 minutes from the property which our pups loved as their first time. Garden was great for the four dogs we had with us, fully enclosed. Hot tub & sauna were a great hit with everyone. Weather was brilliant all week, we all really enjoyed our stay."

"This is a really great place to stay. It's literally a stones throw from the beach and a short walk to Criccieth high street. The house is very spacious with a well equipped modern kitchen. The furnishings are tasteful and the bedrooms have plenty of storage. The owner is friendly and helpful and kindly left us a small welcome pack of Welsh goodies. I have no hesitation in recommending it and would be happy to return if it was available."

"We arrived late afternoon and were immediately delighted with the location of this property. Lyn greeted us on arrival and was on hand if needed but was not obtrusive. Llety is roomy, clean and comfortable and we loved our break here. We certainly intend to come back."
