Very convenient to the airport. The shuttle was easy to understand and use. Shuttle only ran at certain times though so if that’s vital, I’d message the hotel to make sure it runs when you need it. The rooms were perfect & clean. Would definitely recommend or stay again.

The stay was nice and comfortable. The room was modern and well kept. The rest of the hotel was also well maintained. The only issue I had was with parking. It was a little difficult to find.

The front desk people were very helpful and nice. We arrived early in the morning and our flight out was the next morning. We stored our luggage no problem and went out for the day. The train into the city is an 800 m. walk. We were lucky on the way back that a cab passed by. Otherwise we would have called an Uber. The station does not have cabs waiting. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was very good. The room was small and weirdly laid out with the bathroom opening next to the bed. The sliding door was very noisy. Better for a single person than for a couple. We took Ubers from and to the airport. We didn't see the free shuttle when we arrived and it had inconvenient times going back and takes a longer time than a cab.

The check-in was very efficient and the staff upgraded us to a lovely corner room (great for our last night in Belgium and with an early wakeup to go to the airport). I think they felt badly for us because the airport shuttle is not a continuously running shuttle -- it takes a major break midday when air traffic is down. We had taken a TRAIN in from Antwerp, arriving around 3 and shuttle didn't start up again until 5:30 or so. Fortunately, the 6:05 am shuttle WAS running to get us to the airport in time for our flight. Hotel was clean, new, QUIET (esp. for being near an airport) and the restaurant was more than serviceable. Thanks!
