The location is brilliant on one of Brussels main shopping streets. The metro station is literally next door, with a supermarket and ATM across the street and less than 10 minutes to both Grand Place and Central Station.
My studio was well equipped with a small hob, refidgerator and microwave - and even a dishwasher with tablets supplied. It would have been nice to have had a few cleaning supplies, but I bought anti bacterial wipes with me which I was able to use.
The bed was initially a little confusing and heavy and dificult to pull down, but amazingly comfortable. The room was though very hot at night even with the air conditoning on and the window open. A plug socket next to the bed would have been useful for charging phones etc. although there were plenty of other ones.
The bathroom was large and spacious with both bath and shower and a seperate toilet with tis own little sink opposite. I had the same towels for a week, but had spare ones anyway as the apartment was for 2. There is a laundry for those who wish to was them - probably cheaper than paying for housekeeping!
Staff are friendly and helpful - I was able to check in early when I informed them that my train got in at midday and they looked after my bags after I checked out as my train was a little later.
Masks are obligatory in public areas - as you enter the building until the time you get into your room which is reassuring, and hands sanitised using the dispenser provided.
