Property felt very modern and was very comfortable. Apart from the first rude receptionist who couldn’t be bothered to listen, the rest of the staff were amazing and very very helpful. A lovely place fairly central and a great overall experience . Tip - go for the king sized bed. Absolutely massive !

Staffs were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The location is close to Art Lois station which is also convenient to most touristy spots. Facilities were great but a bit old (but still acceptable). Wonderful experience

This was the only American hotel we chose during our European excursion. It was what we expected and nothing out of the ordinary…yes I’m American. My shower flooded into the room but they cleaned it for us. Other than that no surprises.

If you want to be close to Brussels cultural centre but not too close, this property is the right choice. Very easy also to reach other parts of the Centre by foot or by subway. I also recommend taking their breakfast buffet which is one of the best ones I had in years.

The room and hotel were amazing. The breakfast was great and everybody was super nice at all times! However, the location wasn't the best to place to walk because there is not a lot to do there. We rented a couple of lime scooters and explored the city that way!

Arrived early and just expected to drop bags but was allowed to check in and given room at 1130 Room spotless and cool (25 degrees outside) aircon was great Bed massive and comfy, bathroom great with lots of space I’m room fridge ideal to buy water in bulk and keep it cool Hotel was soooooo quiet no noise heard from other rooms or from outside during whole stay 15 mins walk from central station or 2 mins on metro and 2 min walk Perfect
