Great location, Excellent service!!
Great experience, staff was incredible we got there hours before check in they noticed we were exhausted and not functional and they did everything they could to find us a room. Location was great, steps away from a square where u can get great food.

Das Hotel ist sehr nah an der Bus-/Straßenbahnhalstestelle, was gut ist. Anderseits hat man immer mitbekommen wann die Straßenbahn vorbei fuhr (besonders in fühen Morgenstunden).

Meets expectations
The hotel is nice - it's good value for money for its location and photos are accurate. Our stay was July 2021 and the building works cited by other reviews were not taking place as far as we could tell and there were very few other guests (presumably this is down to Covid). It is slightly noisy due to the hotel being on a main road with a tram, but this wouldn't put us off staying there again, and the public transport links are actually a big plus. The staff were really great during our stay and genuinely seemed invested in us enjoying our trip. They helped us with taxis, organising a covid test for travel, they were the best.

They changed our room in the middle of the night due to a problem in the water system! They were very rude but the worst problem it was the other day I should wake up at 4am

Good room, convenient location, nice staff. No restaurant and only two items from the room service menu was available when requested, but there are other places to eat nearby. Would book again.

Good hotel, about 10-15 minutes walk from the centre. It is near a main road so you can hear the tram and police cars, but this is reduced from around 23:00 - 08:00

Decent place to stay
Overall, I really enjoyed our stay. It was just a quick one-night stay to visit a friend so we didn't spend much time here. The best was clean, but the thing that got me was our shower. Luckily, since it was just one night, we just went without using it. But the shower was visibly dirty and seemed to have some sort of film on it it. People were nice, and overall it was a decent stay.

With a cut in water supply for an entire afternoon and drilling noise all day this place was still not a bad choice considering the proximity to the grand central area. The hotel staff were courteous and fixed a clogged sink soon after our arrival and informing to the front desk. The biggest complain about the room are the slow internet speed and the tiny size of the bathroom. Overall it was still value for the money spent.

Excellent customer service. Even though I arrived around 10:am after a very long day/night of flying from the U.S., the staff was very accommodating and allowed me to check in early. I appreciated that very much. Not a very nice view from the window, could only see the emergency stairwell and alley, A minor disappointment, the towels and sheets did not smell fresh, but like they were laundered with the kitchen towels and napkins. Great location, tram at front door, Grand Place and Gare Central only minutes walk from hotel. Will stay again.

Very disappointing. The good part: the room "looks" nice, is renovated, and the AC works. The bad parts: The room does not look anything like the picture of what we booked on the website / confirmation email. We got a tiny shoebox... while the picture was of a normal room with plenty of space. Total bait and switch. The shower is a mess - a quick shower completely flooded the bathroom! The reservation said "shower/tub combination", but all we got is a floor with a shower...no tub in sight. Next day, after cleaning the room, they took away dirty towels, but didn’t give us clean ones. I guess we are not allowed to shower here... Called the reception for towels, no answer. Walked downstairs, asked the guy about it, and they said they’ll send someone (no apology). To top it off, no conditioner in the amenities kit. I'm ignoring the mess in the lobby due to construction, and random furniture in the hallway. Also, no upgrade or any recognition of my diamond select status. Would not recommend this hotel at all.

Good location for a budget hotel
The time in Brussels was excellent. Staff at the hotel are professional, nice and helpful. The location is good if one walks in one direction from the hotel, if one walks in the other direction from the hotel, the area is not so nice and is quite close to the hotel. The shower leaked and sprayed over the ceiling and basically flooded the bathroom floor, which we had to use towels to soak up. The rooms could be updated for a place that is listed as 3 stars.

Nice Getaway for Couples
We were visiting for NYE and had a wonderful time! About a 10 minute walk to the central area but worth walking because it's a nice area! Easy to get around and clean and comfortable hotel. If we are back in Brussels, we will be staying here again. Don't waste your money on the breakfast. If you go down the street, theres a bunch of cafes that are much nicer!

A better best western
Good location 7 minute walk from centre on Main Street with museums and palaces. Room small but clean and comfortable. No bath just shower and basic toiletries. some poorly designed lighting in small room and limited poor quality TV channels. Good coffee and tea tray plus minibar well stocked but no prices meant I did not use it. Good for my short trip and few improvements would make a big difference

Reception staff are an asset.
I had never stayed in Brussels before and booked online without understanding the layout of the city. This hotel is a little further from the city centre than I had imagined - not a problem for me as the weather was good during my stay and I am reasonably fit so walking wasn't a major problem but it could be an issue for people who aren't physically fit. I was most interested in having a quiet, clean room and was given one that looked on to an internal fire escape so no view but definitely quiet so no complaints from me. I can't therefore comment on views from other rooms. There appeared to be a problem with dampness penetrating the bathroom wall into the bedroom as paintwork on the bedroom wall was lifting and was unsightly. No impression (smell or damp feeling in the atmosphere) of dampness in the bedroom but it was unsightly and if it was in my home I would be worried. The bar fridge did not appear to work very well and barely kept contents cooler than the ambient temperature - disappointing. The thermostat in the bedroom did not appear to work well. Even though it was set at 19 the room was much warmer than this so the only way to cool the room was to turn the unit off and everyday housekeeping turned it back on. Staff at reception were generally very helpful and friendly - quite an asset for the hotel. Notwithstanding my (relatively minor) negative comments I would be happy to stay here again.

In a nice part of town.
I had a bad experience with this place, but I imagine under the right circumstances it would be a decent place. The wifi in my room was just bad, kept dropping me, disconnected at random times. I was told that if I really needed it I could come down to the lobby. The cleaning service in the hotel had a strange schedule as well, opening the room door to clean even after the 3pm check in time. They were nice enough though, and did a good job on the room. The front desk were probably the worst part of the trip. Only one even attempted to be accommodating. The others made it seem like my complaints were unfounded.

Absolute worst hotel experience of my life. Arrived at the hotel to be told that only single beds were available when I had booked and paid for a queen... no big deal. Went up to the room, the room was like an oven and when I tried to turn the AC on it didn't work. An added plus, no working wifi either. The gentleman at the reception desk said " complain to the manager in the morning, we have lots of problems". Room itself, dirty with hairs all over the pillow and sheets. I am shocked that Expedia would advertise and make this hotel available for booking. I am so disappointed

The ahoyel was great. We arrived late. There was someone there to greay us. Its clean. Close to the metro. The only thing was the bathrooms are small. But I guess they all are in Europe.

Convenient for Brussels city-centre as long as you don't mind a bit of a walk. Other hotels are more centrally located for the tourist hot-spots, but I have found them to be more expensive.

Clean hotel, good location
Extremely clean - bedroom and bathroom. Bed was very comfortable and the room was nice. Location is 15-20min walk from Grand Place and also close to train / bus stations. Definitely stay!

Really good location.
About 10 -15 minutes walking distance to most of the tourist attractions, not far from main train and bus station. Hotel staff is really friendly and helpful. Just as a tip if you are a light sleeper, ask for a room that is not facing the Main Street (the tram passes right in front of the building every hour). Clean room!
