Let me save you from disappointment. This property has mice. I was laying on my bed when a mouse crawled on my leg. I had four nights there and left when this happened. The manager refused to refund the two nights that I didn’t stay there. The property is dirty and even if you are staying for a short stay, I would still recommend you pay a little extra and go somewhere else.

Dear guest, We are always looking forward for your constructive comments. our hotel is highly protected against all insects and possible bugs and we have no received any complains toward this issue except you. there is a chance that you might have stayed somewhere else and got bitten at those places. we also did not receive any complain from you on that day either.

Good for short stay
Hotel need a little refresh. A little smell from pipes in bathroom. Location are perfect for tourists. Very recommended 😁

The reviews through this website are agressively negative (not just on this hotel but in general). I don't know what people expect for the cheap price they pay, obviously if you want Hilton-style accommodation, go to the Hilton. This place, like budget hotels through Europe, is cramped and basic and preferable to a hostel because you get your own room and ensuite. The ensuite was comically small and to get to the hotel you have to go down what is essentially an alleyway. Here's the thing: at no point (even as a solo female traveller) did the place feel unclean, unsafe, or unfriendly. The shortcomings of the room were insignificant as the nature of my stay in Brussels was to be out all day and have my eyes closed (for sleeping) at night. If you are a precious, princess-and-the-pea type, don't stay here. Equally, don't try to turn others off from the bargain by pretending that your assessment of the place is divorced from your own sensitivity.

Hôtel en plein centre de Bruxelles, toujours en travaux de rénovation, mais pas de bruits gênant. Chambre en travaux, sol pas fini avec une seule prise, télé qui fonctionne pas avec l'écran péter et sans télécommande même avec 2 réclamation à la réception. Douche sans rideau et sans porte faut faire attention sinon c'est l'inondation dans la chambre. Et pas possible de changer de chambre.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt und vieles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Jedoch die Sauberkeit des Hotels hält sich in Grenzen.

Lo único bueno la ubicación
A este hotel le hace falta una gran reforma, todo en estado regular y además nos toco una habitación con escaleras para ir al baño cuando en ninguna foto del hotel se ve esta. La cortina era más pequeña que la ventana y no es de las que no dejan pasar la luz, es una cortina como la de tu casa asique en cuanto hay un poco de claridad todo para dentro y encima jugando a intentar dejarla lo mas ancha posible. El vater estaba despejado de la pared unos 15cm aprox y no paraba de caer una gota que a las 3 de la mañana ya me diras lo que molesta la gotita... Lo único bueno de este hotel es la ubicación, a menos de 5 minutos de 3 mercados navideños si es lo que vas buscando

Billig, men lav standard. Svertesopp i dusjen og manglende varme på rommet. Heldigvis var dynen varm. Sengbunnen var delvis ødelagt. Sikkert helt ok om en ikke stiller høye krav.

Di per se la camera era nella media, direi vivibile ma anche troppo pulita se la contestualizziamo alla città. Il resto della struttura in particolare lascia molto a desiderare. Ho trovato la posizione dopo aver girato mille volte l’isolato a causa di un cantiere con la gru davanti all’ingresso dell’hotel. A suo favore: il cappuccino della macchinetta dell’hotel è il meno caro e forse il più buono che ho bevuto a Bruxelles.

En general muy bien ubicada, no tiene ascensor. Contras la ducha se encontraba con moho y el agua caliente no funcionaba, en mi visita había una construcción al frente por lo cual fue muy ruidoso.

When I checked-in I was charged for the stay, few hours later I fortunately remembered that everything was paid. They return money back but with no excuses... My room was on the first floor with no windows open, it was really stuffy and I had a headache. The district was not silent.

Posizione strategica, comodissima e vicino a tutto. Peccato per la struttura, la mia stanza aveva del cavi volanti pendenti dal soffitto, pavimento rialzato pericolosamente, doccia spaziosa ma da completare. Ecco sembrava una stanza in ristrutturazione. Il prezzo e la posizione meritano un giudizio positivo.

Des lattes de parquet qui dépassent, un pommeau de douche qui se détache, un réceptionniste qui ne prend pas la peine de sortir de son bureau pour récupérer votre clef. Le tout dans une ruelle glauque et sans ascenseur. Central.

Cher Monsieur Nous allons vérifier tout cela mais pour ce qui est du bureau!!! il n'y a pas de bureau un simple comptoir à l'hotel le message est anonyme... sans aucune aide nous ne pouvons vérifier qu'elle était la chambre sans votre nom c'est bien aimable de nous laisser un commentaire mais il n'est point utile Nous sommes sincèrement désolés pour l'inconvénient que cela peut vous causer

Un gran engaño. En las fotos parece que esta bien, pero la realidad es muy diferente. Hotel viejo, sucio, situado en un callejón, muchas de las habitaciones son interiores, y las cortinas dejan pasar toda la luz. Lo único bueno es la situación, en unos pocos minutos te encuentras en todo el centro de la ciudad. Si vuelvo a bruselas, trataré de buscar otro hotel, porque este fue una total decepción.

男の一人旅には、問題ない。
場所が、解りにくいので駅からタクシーを利用。路地裏なので？でしたが、 表に出ると悪いところではありませんね。 ロビーは、暗く従業員も一人しかおらず、シリアからの移民の兄ちゃん。久し振りにアラビヤ語を、使いました。勿論英語も、通じます。

Proximité avec centre ville mais petite rue difficile d'accès pour voitures. Pas de double vitrage donc bruits extérieurs assez forts. Décoration un peu vieillotte mais ensemble propre. La chasse d'eau des WC est tombée en panne. Le coin douche toilettes est un peu exigu.

Emplacement central
A 50m de la rue Neuve, une des plus commerçantes de Bruxelles. Par contre, il est difficile d'y accéder en voiture. Un parking public (INNO) est juste à coté (150 m). L’accueil est agréable et les hôteliers sympathiques. L’hôtel est un peu vieillot mais intéressant pour le rapport qualité - prix.
