A short 30-minute drive to the beaches of our golden isles, this home has all the amenities for a long stay or a quick trip. With smart TVs in all the rooms to watch your streaming services, a desk and chair for catching up on work, and a fully stocked kitchen, it is a home away from home. The Space There is a spacious, fully fenced yard for your pups, and an enclosed porch with a dining table to enjoy dinner or game night with the family. The master bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The guest rooms have queen beds and the guest bath has a tub/shower. There is plenty of parking with a two-car garage and a covered car port. Other things to note: Anything other than a regular vehicle may be prohibited or may not fit on the property. If you plan to bring a trailer, motorcycle, boat or any other commercial or recreational vehicle, please inquire with the host about whether this is allowed. Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself. Pack N Play and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival. After booking we do require a rental agreement and rental form to be signed in order to stay at our home. We appreciate the understanding on this as we want to protect all parties involved! Other Things to Note: For any stay 60 or more days, an additional cleaning fee of $185 will be added after booking. If the cleaning fee is unpaid 7 days prior to check-in, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund. For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit. Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. It’s in a lovely quiet neighborhood conveniently located close to shopping and with easy access to the highway and a short drive to either Saint Simon’s or Jekyll Island. So it makes a great base for exploring the area. The house backs onto a green space and the fenced yard is very private. We really enjoyed watching all the birds from the screened porch.
