Yes, charming means older, but it had everything needed and listed. Everything was clean, convenient, and we were in need of nothing. The communication was the best I have experienced with vrbo with questions, directions, ect answered before I needed to ask. The cottage is incredibly close to the beach. The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood, with the beach about 100 feet away. The house was clean, comfortable and unfussy with a well outfitted kitchen. It reminded us a bit of places we stayed as children; there’s something comforting about it. We also liked the location—quiet but in easy walking (or driving) distance to restaurants and stores.
