About this property

Exquisite newly built accomodation in the heart of woods

  • 70 square meters apartment with great view on the forest: 2 double rooms with private bathrooms, livingroom with 2 extra bed on couch, internet point with fast connection and P.C., dining table, kitchen, fireplace, small swimming pool with 35 sq mt deck, terrace, garden.


    This is a small mountain village with narrow roads, especially the one that leads to the guest house. Consider that a Fiat Multipla which is large 188 cm. is the larger car that can approach via varesello.
    If you have a bigger car you could park it in the village and we could provide the transfer with our shuttle car.
    Anyway the guest house is only 8 min. by feet from the cable car (funicolare) that connects Como. Upon request we could provide transfer to/fron the cable car (funicolare).
