About this property
Cottage on Quiet Private Lake
- Cottage on private lake with very little motor traffic. Kitchen, dinning area and living room are all open and windows over look the water. In the living room there is a gas fireplace for those cold rainy days.
At the water there is gradual sandy entry and small dock. For water fun there is swim platform out in the lake and canoe, 2 paddle boards, 2 kayaks (1 adult and 1 for small children) and peddle boat are available to explore.
Outside there is a large deck, patio furniture, BBQ and Muskoka chairs. Just off the deck is a fire pit that over looks the water.
Over 2 acres of treed property to explore and collect wild flowers. The cottage is close to lots of outdoor activities including: hiking trails, snowmobile and ATV trails, public beaches and rock hounding sites.
