Staff was friendly. Public areas amd room clean and will maintained. Elevator didnt work when we were chekcing in, and we had to carry our bags up to third floor. W were tired, it was an incinvenience, but it was working again when we left to get dinner. It was just slow. Close to restaurants.

Keke the cat who is part of the hotel and greets the guest when they come in was an amazing experience. If a hotel can treat their pets well, then I know they treat their guest great!

The room is comfortable, staff is courteous and the breakfast is good. They even have a ‘mas-cat’ comes to say hi at the entrance. The only small problem I have is that the carpet needs cleaning otherwise my feet always turn black walking barefooted.

The room was okay until we opened the sofa to use the hideabed. It was wet and the smell was horrible. We had to change rooms due to this issue. The staff was very helpful, however the room... Not that great. Also, the towels were also not that great, very dirty looking.
