Located 400 meters from the village center and its shops, on a quiet street, this cottage benefits from a beautiful, wooded green space (1000 m² - semi-enclosed). The entrance is through the well-appointed veranda, where you can even relax in the summer for a moment of reading, enjoying meals, or even as a playroom for the little ones. The very bright living room integrates the well-equipped kitchen and the lounge. Raised ground floor: two steps at each entrance (door and French window giving access to the garden). This house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
