"The hotel is in a lovely old building, next to a golf course and the coast, in a pretty village. My wife and I enjoyed our stay there. It is a quiet and comfortable hotel, with good dining. I could imagine sitting out on the front verandah on a warm day, with a cold drink in hand; a very pleasant place to be."

"Travelled with a child and we both greatly enjoyed our stay. Made to feel very welcome and found our room comfortable and clean. Netflix was a bonus for the 9 year old! We dined in the restaurant and both loved the food, finding it good quality and delicious. Kids menu had enough choice. We will be returning for another visit, as it is a beautiful drive up the coast and lovely to stay in an older property which has character."

"Great stay all room, restaurant, service and food all if high standard. Only disappointing thing is that we booked this via Hotels.com the night before our stay to find it notably cheaper for exactly the same room the following morning on Hotels.com. Messaged them but customer services refused to credit my account with difference and said price guarantee now not in use despite web site still saying it is with links in place to claim. Will make me think twice re booking via Hotels.com again. "
