We stayed here over Thanksgiving and had a wonderful time. The home is exactly as it’s described with plenty of room to spread out. We took our dogs so it was great to have the fenced yard. There’s a doggie door as well btw but we did not use it. The location was good. Easy access to highways and amenities. I only gave 3 stars on location and neighborhood because of the neighbors. The people who live behind the house have a lot of cars and junk in the yard. Unfortunately that’s in view every time you pull into the driveway. Just want others to realize this exists. Very comfortable place to enjoy time in the Boulder area! Backyard is adorably decorated and offers a great place to enjoy some outdoor time at the house.Easy communication with the owner too! The house was stocked with everything we needed and the hot tub and fire pit (propane) were a nice way to wind down the evening after exploring Boulder, Flagstaff Mountain & Denver. Perfect place to stay while visiting with local family. Private shaded backyard great for dogs -doggie door too!Well equipped kitchen.Cool basement area with big projector Used it to guitar jam in evenings with my son and son-in-law!
