This home is perfect for families with a kids room all to themselves upstairs . Let the kids run free in the large backyard while you enjoy a covered patio for outdoor entertainment. Includes amenities like WIFI to stream your favorite services, charcoal grill, washer boards, cornhole, kids games and many more. Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave dirty towels in laundry hamper Leave unused beds untouched, used beds leave linens on bed unmade. Load dishwasher, start cycle. Lock doors, turn off lights, TVs, upstairs AC, log out of TV apps
Empty trash into Live Oak cans. Garbage day is Thursday. Please place can by road Wednesday night and bring back in once emptied. Clean out grill ashes if used.
Put toys back in storage, please do not take toys home as they are for all guests. Return washer and cornhole boards to laundry room.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Spacious property in Brookeland, TX!

We were pleasantly surprised by the amount of available space indoors and outdoors. There were plenty of parking spaces, it was extremely clean, and it is also literally less than 5 minutes from everywhere on our agenda. Will 100% rent again.

This was the perfect rental property for our stay. The house is so beautiful and clean. Close to Sam Rayburn Club House where the food was delicious. Not to mention fishing. Great communication with Sara the host. We had a great stay!
