The apartment has everything you need and is very comfortable and clean. When we arrived there was a welcome basket of tea, coffee and biscuits, a very nice touch. At the end of our stay we didn't want to leave. It was most relaxing to sit and look out over the amazing views over Torbay from the comfortable living area.The grounds are well tended and there were pretty wild flowers and grasses. The property was well equipped with a good walk in shower. It was a perfect place for two, perhaps a little tight for two couples. It took a little while to get used to the various codes for gates but it does mean the grounds are not open to the public making it a peaceful place for our visit. The walk to Brixham is15 minutes and there are many lovely places to explore nearby. ##### Anthony C.
