It’s a good standard of accommodation with everything you need. The place was clean when we arrived. We did have a problem with a leaking sink but this was promptly resolved by My Brixham Holidays. The twin beds were very comfortable. Bedding and towels good quality. The over the bath shower is good. The sofas are very comfortable and we loved the smart TV. The view from the balcony is amazing. You can spend many hours watching the boats in the bay. Brilliant location, a short walk to Brixham where there are some excellent places to eat.
