We had a great welcome from the super friendly hosts. Everything was perfect. We would certainly use this B&B again, if visiting West Kelowna.

We were met by Pierre who couldn't be more helpful. Explained everything in detail. Breakfast was a delight. Pierre likes to provide a Canadian/French fusion. Not too heavy and not too light but a taste sensation. Nothing is too much bother in this delightful family home that you are aware of, but doesn't interfere with your private holiday. Lovely boutique hotel. Room clean and comfortable, owner and staff all polite and very welcoming. Great location for all the shops and eateries in Nelson as well as for accessing the highway if you want to get out and explore the nearby countryside. Hotel carpark to the rear of the building. A word of caution if you have mobility issues as most (but not all) of the rooms do require you to climb some stairs but don't let that put you off staying here and do check out the independant coffee shop...

Hotel right in centre. Classic feel to it. Stayed in Barristers Suite. A really nice contemporary comfortable suite. Great food. Same menu in three of their restaurants but they have different themes. We used the spa and had the best massage from anywhere in the world. Highly recommended

Good hotel. Had a lovely room with jacuzzi bath and balcony overlooking the lake . The pool area was great, enjoyed the outdoor hot tub at night. Didn’t eat in the hotel but got a drink in the bar. Close to the town centre so went out for meals.
