"Try to stay off the first floor rooms. We woke up to a truck running his engine exhaust right into our air unit. We had to air out our room. "

"Beautiful hotel and amazing front desk staff. We had a cleanliness issue in the room, which took two days to resolve. The front desk staff was very helpful and did everything they could to make sure it was taken care of. The pool area was better than the picture. I highly recommend this hotel. "

"The room was clean, fresh towels every day. A pool in hot tub area was fabulous after skiing. Buy your ski passes onlinin a couple weeks in advance as it saves you nearly 40%. Otherwise, we love the mountain and it great for our kids who are beginner to intermediate snoboarders. "

"Restaurant Twelve50 was good. Server over the weekend of April 9 to 12th was excellent and the Bannock Eggs Benny was amazing. Room was ok. I had 2 queen Kitchenette kitchen which had no pots or fry pan and kitchen was only a mini bar fridge that did not do well w keeping things atbsafe food temp. "

"I always stay at the Coast Capri Hotel whenever I’m in Kelowna, and it never disappoints. The staff are consistently friendly and welcoming, and the rooms are always clean and comfortable. The location is super convenient — close to everything you need, with easy access to downtown, shopping, and restaurants. It’s just an easy, reliable place to stay every time. It may not be ultra-modern, but it’s well maintained and great value for the price. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it and will definitely keep coming back!"
