"They had renovations while I was there. However staff is suoer friendly and helpful. Manager even upgraded room for me to have a private bathroom instead of shared. What a nice guy!"

Loved the Club Lounge and enjoyed a swim in the pool and a dip in the hot tub. Great coffee in the room. Extremely comfortable bed. Appreciated the super soft dressing gowns and slippers too. Proximity to our cruise terminal a huge bonus."

"From the moment we arrived we had nothing but amazing service. There were no handicap parking spots left so they valet parked the vehicle at no extra charge, gave us a shuttle ride to and from a local restaurant and had the car waiting for an early morning start. Above and beyond. The room itself was very comfortably laid out and fully equipped. The pull out coach, which was used as a second bed was very comfortable. "
