"We found the hotel very convenient in terms of location. Check in was relatively easy and the staff were friendly enough. The hotel lobby is nice but the rooms and corridors are very tired and could do with upgrading."

"The staff were all friendly and welcoming! We arrived to Vancouver early and they were eager and willing to accommodate an early check in for us! If I’m ever spending time in Vancouver again I will be sure to check out Keefer House!"

The Sunset Hotel West End
"Everything was good with the exception of relying on codes to unlock doors. Eventually I was given a fob to unlock my room door and the lobby door but why not immediately?"
