Huge apartment in Bristol Beautiful Historical home with pool and playground
Our listing offers a 3 bedroom, 1 bath apartment located in the heart of downtown Bristol - ON THE PARADE ROUTE!
The unit is very spacious with over 2200 square feet of living space including an open-concept kitchen with a built in kitchen nook, 2 living rooms and a dining room. The top floor offers a small play area for little kids.
We offer a very nice outdoor area with in ground pool, playground, long dining table and lounge chairs. We also have a lounge area with a huge umbrella. Guests can also enjoy grilling outdoor by the pool.
It is pretty rare to have all this in the center of town.
The location is exceptional, steps to Independence Park, Linden Place, the bike path, Beehive café and many other restaurants, shops and pubs.
One block to the harbor our place is dog friendly.

Beautiful property with our own private entrance. A big space for our group of 6 and the pool was a great bonus! We loved having a full kitchen which allowed us to stay in and cook a few nights during our stay. Would recommend to anyone!

Apartment was great for our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids 6 and under). The upstairs loft bedroom had tons of kid toys which kept our girls entertained during the rainy weather. To have a house with a small pool so close to town is a luxury. Location was perfect!

Perfect Location
This house is in the most perfect location, right in town, so you can walk to all the shops and restaurants! The 3 bedroom is spacious and accommodates multiple guests. Yes, it only has one bathroom but with a bit of planning, it wasn’t an issue for our family! The hosts are gracious and responsive - we definitely recommend if you are visiting Bristol!!

Bristol, cutest historical village,
We stayed for three days and thoroughly enjoyed our little staycation. The property was very clean, the beds super comfy, the township just half a block away. The restaurant scene and the locals were super friendly. We wanted to relax, chill out for a few days and this property did it for us!

Great Location | Lovely Apartment
Nicely appointed, charming, comfortable, super clean apartment in the center of town. Can't beat the location - just stone's throw in either direction to the water, shopping, and restaurants. Lori was very responsive and pleasant to deal with throughout the booking process.
