Comfy Condo! PET ALLOWED!

  • This is a safe, peaceful, quiet, relaxing space and location that is family friendly. This space is centrally located between downtown, the South Holston river and the Bristol Motor Speedway.
    *6 miles to the Bristol casino
    *4 miles to the South Holston River
    *9 miles to the Bristol Motor Speedway
    *2.0 miles to King University *2.8 miles to downtown State St. dining and night life.

    Easy parking in the street located in the front of the condo or under the deck located on the backside of the condo. The rooms are open and comfortable with a smart HDTV in the main bedroom. There is another smarr HDTV in the living room area. Netflix and WIFI are easily accessible through the condo.
    The top 2 floors are open to guests and they will not be sharing any space with other people.
