The hotel is well cared for and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, and good value. Aircon worked well - important as it was hot then!

8/10 Very good! (929 reviews)
This hotel is conveniently located and a short walk to the Duomo Cathedral and shopping. The staff was very professional and helpful in answering questions. We enjoyed the daily breakfast to start our day.
The only thing I didn't like was that it is a very old hotel with dated decor, and our room had a tiny bathroom! We couldn't even open the door all the way!!!

9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,001 reviews)
"The hotel was pretty nice, set in gardens with a view of the lake. The room was a good size but could do with an update. Everything was clean, staff were lovely.
