"Overall the place was okay but very noisy. I also accidentally booked my room for the wrong weekend, they wouldn’t even consider changing the date. I understand I didn’t purchase a flexible room; however, I wasn’t asking for a credit. It left very poor taste in my mouth and I wouldn’t use them again for this reason. "

"DIRTY FANS, NO TEA OR COFFEE, NO CAR PARK, DIDN'T INFORM US BEFORE ARRIVAL OF A COST TO PARK, HAD TO HUMP LUGGAGE FROM STAR CARPARK TO THE APARTMENT DUE TO NO CAR SPOTS. BED SUPER HARD AND NOP CHOICE OF PILLOWS FAR TOO HIGH WOKE UP WITH A SORE NECK BARELY SLEPT NOT ENJOYABLE AT ALL."
