"I needed a quiet place to rest and this was a good hotel for that. Comfy bed and chairs and a big room. Was impressed when management responded immediately to my request that the people next door turn down their music. Appreciated underground basement parking and easy elevator/lift access as well."

"Great if you are driving and parking outside your unit. Less great if you are dropped off alone in an Uber at Reception and then have to walk to the furthest units away dealing with rough-on-my-luggage driveway. I can't fault the amenities nor the staff, everything was exceptional. Including the meals. (No breakfast was a bummer though.) I was just a bit cranky as a single female wandering around the pub looking for help with my luggage feeling exposed and obvious. If you are in my demographic, you'll understand."

"The Lancaster may have a few years on her, but the owners have kept it very clean and comfortable. It's a short walk for food, groceries and the bottle shop. Considering it's on the main road, it's relatively quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it's great value for the price. I'd stay again if the need arises."

"All staff were particularly helpful or friendly and happy. The unit was kept stocked with the standard supplies and cleaned daily except for Sunday. It was right next to the conference venue so very convenient for our purpose."
