Its a steep walk up and down the street. Not convenient if you have lots of luggages. Close to bus stops so can take the Spring Hill Loop free bus to Queen St mall. Overall property was clean. Not enough kitchen bench space for cooking. The room was good value and had everything we wanted. Only thing was when out on the front balcony there was alot of nail clippings! We stood on. The water pressure was non existent in all the taps and the wifi signal was weak and the tv wasnt connecting to it. Room not prepared properly. Sofa bed was not made up on arrival and despite having paid for additional person at time of booking, reception tried to charge more. Sofa bed was filthy with leaves under mattress, was full of hairs and stained. Fortunately two sets of sheets eventually provided and us cleaning it, made it bearable. Cutlery drawers filthy - had to wash it and cutlery before use. Handles and hinges of cupboards damaged. Insufficient crockery and cooking pans (no lids) and nothing suitable for using microwave. However it was spacious. Set out in lovely grounds with great pool and bbq. Parking was covered and v secure. Great location. CBD easily reached on foot within 15 minutes walk. If room had been clean and prepared properly, it would have a 5 Star rating. Shame that it was let down by above.
