Basic room however clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable. Clean sheets and towels. Shared facilities were clean. Owner was very helpful and accommodating. Very good cheap option for a budget traveler. Would stay again.

Shared amenities. Very noisy traffic and only 5 car spaces for about 20 units. Good walking location to the river and the Breaky Creek hotel. Budget accommodation.

Rooms and motel were not as shown in pictures. Room was basic but clean… until I stripped the bedding before I left (pillows need to be burnt). 1 toilet and 2 showers for 5 rooms, not really adequate. Got a big talk about no smoking on property including balcony. Cleaner was casually smoking at end of corridor. At night once doors were all shut, the whole facility was completely taken over by the smell of marajusna. I think there were permanent residents living on the property as well

More like a homeless hostel than a hotel/motel. Pretty disgusting all round to be honest - Especially the cockroach climbing the wall in the morning. Grubby, limited/no parking, Shady characters moping around, unfriendly staff. To add a positive - shower (at end of corridor) was nice and hot and worked. Bed sheets were white and seemed clean, convenient for Airport. We stayed 1 night and that was enough! glad to get out.

It has character, as do all small independent accommodations. Its an expensive time of year,.$135 for a room with shared bathroom is therefore acceptable. The mens bathroom on second floor, is however, gross. I went in with clothes change and towels in a plastic bag, for fear of them touching the suspiciously slimy walls and floor. And the shower curtain and rod decided to fall off mid shower. The feeling of it landing on me will haunt me for a few days. The cleaning ladies are gorgeous. So sweet. Thankyou.

The room I had had the window permanently open with a sign saying “do not open” so they were obviously aware about it. I did not close either. It is the middle of winter on a main road, I had no sleep. Would’ve been nice to let me know prior I would’ve gotten another place to stay. Parking was the only good thing about this place.

Room A/C was fine small tv , cheap to stay there’s road noise this is to be expected however I would suggest pest control as we left pizza on bench to cool prior to placing in refrigerator and upon opening before fridge saw several German cockroach’s in the box. If they get this sorted it is cheap overnight stay parking will be a issue

We actually left and didn’t stay at the property found a cheaper motel that had its own bathroom and was very clean and kept and maintained to a high standard. This place looks like a very old backpackers, with shifty characters and all :-(

Place was run down, room was ok but the shared bathroom/toilet was atrocious! The bloke at reception had an awful attitude from hello, he was the rudest host I have ever dealt with and the female at reception was no better. I suggest finding a different career than hospitality ... WILL NEVER RETURN!!!!

The place was extremely clean and tidy but the shared bathroom and toilet really needs to be gutted and replaced it’s past the use by date and to can see the quick fix’s. My room door didn’t shut properly you had to nugg it to be closed . Tv remote was taped up with electrical tape and the basin in the room only had hot water NO Cold The hand dryers were loud as I found out at 2am then again at 3am when some one was using it. Air condition was great in the room and the little bar fridge.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. The room whilst very basic was clean. Shared amenities with only one toilet for the entire floor. Parking was very limited with first come first served. This hotel is budget friendly.
