The proximity to water was great and pontoon made tying the boat up really easy daily.
However, don’t’ know when the last person was at the house, but on arrival, the house was occupied by 'daddy longlegs spiders' throughout the house. We had to buy, spray and clean the house. The starter pack of 2 toilet rolls & two small garbage bags for one week of rental was inadequate given the price we paid for the one week rental. Any kitchen cleaning products that was found, were all leftovers from previous occupants and also wet under the sink. The BBQ was also dirty and had to be cleaned before use. All up, a little disappointing.

Easy access to Bribie Island features. Lack of 'Customer Focus' with provided amenities / or lack of... compared with other STAYS experience's. Drainage bocked up on last night of stay.
Owners please stay in your own property as if you were a visitor....up to standard?
I felt that the whole place needed a huge revamp. The bedding was so old the pillows that we had to hire along with the linen was ordinary. The shower in the ensuite had a huge amount of hair in the drain and a lot of dead flies in the dining area. The space was fine but we did ask with the linen hire to be for the entire house but there was no linen for the trundle bed.
Only thing was alarm in lounge room wouldn’t t stop going off a day after we got there I reported it to real estate but nothing was done we were there for 9 days

We stay for 3 days, it was great everything you need, a nice quiet location. We liked the versatile bedding set up and the convenience of the pontoon is outstanding.
The only thing we struggled with was working out the TV remotes.
