Absolute rip off dont waste your money or time here. Pool was locked 🔒 Spa and gym was locked 🔒 Unable to use any amenities- was never advised before arrival. The first pic when booking is the pool- fake advertising. Over $600 for one night, the room is old disgusting carpet stinks, not sound proof have to be super quiet or your kicked out, not worth your time or money. They are rude ignore emails and phone calls all about the money not the guests.

It was ok for our short term purposes. The room is in desperate need of maintenance- needs a fresh coat of paint, the a/c unit needs to be cleaned (mouldy) and the couch was filthy. But it was ok overall. A little bit of care and maintenance would go a long way here

Great location and the parking was very easy. The property itself was comfortable; however the curtains and floors were quite dirty and the property could do with an update. There were lots of little things that were broken (toilet paper holder, cupboard doors etc). Overall good value for money and would probably stay again.

Great apartment with all the amenities, it's also close to the city. Wasn't a fan of the walk up from the city to the apartments, but still good location. There is a bus that goes around Spring Loop (where Flynn Brisbane is located) but didn't have information on the bus schedule and pickup/drop off zones. will learn that next time. also would stay here again next time.

Although the communication with the remote reception was good I had many issues with this property. The TV did not work, the full kitchen had no cooking utensils and very limited odd crockery. Only one bedroom had airconditioning. One shower could not be used as the drains were completely blocked.The first impressions of the apartment was as if a long term tenant had moved out without a bond clean. The walls were grubby, every door with built up grime on the paintwork. Mouldy grout in the bathroom tiles. Blocked exhaust vents in the bathrooms. I was also given a key fir the wrong apartment so was inconveniently locked out for a very long time. This apartment desperately needs a repaint and new flooring. The pool was also closed in the middle of summer.

The property was in a great location, close to public transport etc. The apartment itself was a little 'dated'. It was a very hot couple of days in Brisbane and there was no air conditioning in the bedrooms. The central AC wasn't powerful enough to cool the bedrooms down.

Sadly the property needs a major clean, it is smelly, filthy and in need of some deep cleaning. Our 2 bedroom apartment was booked and confirmed as a king & 2 singles, yet arrived at 9pm and found 2 kings. Emailed the property who did fix the beds the next day, but we had to move them and make them with what linen was there, revealing more filth under the bed. We booked it as close to St Andrew’s as our son was having heart surgery the next day. The lounge and cushions smelt horrible, a/c was dirty, it is a great solid property so a decent quality clean and paint would have it looking great!

The room was in need of a clean, I rewashed all the plates and cutlery because they had been put back in the cupboard dirty. Most of the furniture had damage, kitchen chairs broken, lounge was really dirty as was the laundry and verandah which had a large cobweb large enoughto knit a scarf with. One of the two pillows on each side had been used and the case just turned inside out and put back on. The 9am to 2 or 3pm closes makes it difficult for check outs but the manager graciously came to assist after hours. The external front difficult for the managers to keep clean because the Flynn is in an awesome location and the street is well used, I interrupted a man urinating on the front door iin the corner, difficult conditions but the foyer was clean. We will stay again

Was shocked at the condition of the room, it was dirty, had marks on wall that had been cheaply patched. Smelt of raw sewerage in bathroom. Asked for and got a refund and went and stayed at a better hotel. Would not recommend this place at all.

Terrible service room was filthy dirty used sheets dirty used products in shower carpet so dirty no one at reception too address this issues would not recommend photos nothing like the rooms 2 groups staying here both roome so dirty hair on beds so disgusting wotif i cannot believe you have this hotel on your books and they haven't returned room deposits either they dont understand English when you call to get deposit back

Would not recommend staying here. Our room was absolutely filthy. Marks all over the coffee table from cups, all mirrors streaky and dirty, cutlery in drawer unwashed, stains on carpet and lounge, cigarette butts on balcony, marks and hand prints on cupboard doors walls and handles, bedding dirty and crinkled and had obviously not been changed since the last person slept in it, dust everywhere and very rundown condition The list could go on unfortunately. Went and addressed the issue with the man at the front desk and swapped to a different room. Unfortunately this room was still dirty and dusty and a stink coming from the ensuite drain but better than the previous room. We had less that 20 hours in Brisbane so couldn’t waste anymore time swapping rooms or hotels. I have stayed in a lot of appointments and hotels in Brisbane and this has been by far the worst. I didn’t even use the shower it was that manky. Upon check out I was going to readdress the cleanliness but reception was shut. 0 out of 10

Do not be fooled by the high ratings of this property. The unit was dirty and worn down. The dishes were dirty, mould all throughout the air conditioner and on the carpet underneath the air con, stains on the matteesses and no covers, carpet and curtains were stained and filthy, bathroom still had dust and pubic hair on the sink and surrounds, door handles were broken, sliding door didnt open properly. The list goes on. There were 2 other families in the foyer complaining the day after we checked in. Their rooms were worse. The check in time was only for 1.5 hrs. After that we were expected to send a photo of our licence and credit card. We refused. Reception was never opened. We complained about the state of the room and were told that due to booking through wotif we couldnt get a refund or discount. I tried 5 x to contact WOTIF which was as hopeless as the apartment. The enquiries through wotif went straight to a bot. No reply. The apartment was large and well located but that was it. I would NOT recommend this stay to anyone and will not be using wotif again.

This property was disgusting. There was urine all over both of the toilets and on the floor of both bathrooms. I asked to change rooms because there was pubic hair stuck to the toilet seat. All surfaces were absolutely filthy. Walls were dented and scuffed all over. They offerred me a differrent room which was slightly cleaner but still clearly dirty and run down. The young attendant was polite and agreed the condition was unacceptable but there were no other options. I have photographs that I would be happy to share upon request.

The apartment we stayed in was dirty and shouldn't have been let out, unclean and nearly every part of the apartment was broken or damaged, walls, floors, doors, bathrooms and kitchen. The advertising for this property is dishonest. The Wotif site has lost its credibility through association.

Location, friendly staff. Large unit for price. Nice balcony. Convenience store across road. "30" route circle bus stop very short walk away, takes U to CBD and any medical locations on Wickham Tce or back entrance of St Andrews War Memorial Hospital. Not so good: worn/tired condition. Air con in lounge area needed cleaning, mould visible. Window Servery in kitchen, window broken, wanted to blow open in wind. Kitchen: no cutting board or microwave safe containers. Property caretaker was efficient and helpful when neither tv would work, he came up immediately to sort. Turns out both remotes were broken, he had to replace both remotes. Also replaced blown bulb in ensuite bathroom when pointed out.

Since it changed from the Quest it's kinda gone down hill. It needs some renovations as there was paint missing from the walls near the elevator, marks on the walls in the room, it looks like the curtains needed a huge clean, they have issues with their keys and trying to get into your room, and no one manning the desk on the weekend which is strange for Brisbane on a weekend. But other than that the hotel was fairly clean and the room was spacious and in a great location.

Lack of assistance from reception. Toliet didn’t flush in room. Not enough chairs or cutlery for 4 people. Maintenance materials left everywhere, on footpaths and crossing. Gym dirty, unloved, and bathroom broken.
