STARTER SUPPLIES: We provide you with complimentary essential starter supplies for your stay. This includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, and a few other items for your comfort. LINEN: We supply hotel quality linen and bath towels for your stay. LONG STAYS: All stays 14-28 nights must have a mid-stay cleaning service at an additional cost. This allows for our team to periodically clean, maintain, and inspect the property. This is non-negotiable. CHECK OUT We don\`t want you to do a long list of chores before you check out. We just kindly ask that you put back furniture the way you found it (only if somethings been moved), stack the dishwasher and put the rubbish out. Our cleaners will do the rest. AGE REQUIREMENT: We do request that adult guests are over the age of 25 years of age. 18-24 years are welcome if staying with other adults over 25 years of age. Children are welcome. MANAGEMENT FEE - this is our damage waiver to cover any accidental damages so you don\`t have to worry - see house rules for the details. PETS: No pets allowed at this property. NO NOISE AFTER - 10pm and refrain from causing disturbances to the neighbours to avoid having them complain to local authorities. NO PARTIES - Strictly no parties allowed. Infringement on this rule may result in eviction without refund. PHOTO ID - We will ask for photo ID and a selfie of the person making the booking. For 3rd party bookings we will need the photo ID of the primary guest staying at the property. DAMAGE WAIVER - (management fee). As part of your stay, a non-refundable damage waiver fee is included to cover accidental damage that may occur during your visit. This waiver protects you from being charged for minor, accidental incidents such as broken glassware, spills, or small damages to furniture, up to a coverage limit of $500\. Please note, this waiver does not cover intentional damage, negligence, pet damage, or loss of personal items. If an accident happens during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible so we can quickly plan for any necessary repairs or replacements to ensure the property is ready for the next guest.
