Close to museums and transport. Convenience store downstairs and a supermarket close by. The view is spectacular. However, there is room for improvement in the maintenance of the building. One of the three elevators was out of action for the whole week I was there, there was a problem with the TV antenna, the garbage chute wasn't working and one of the bathrooms near the pool was constantly closed. Also the wifi is very annoying as you have to keep logging back in. The apartment was clean. The gym was reasonable too. Unfortunately the windows and doors to the outside didn't seal properly, which made it extremely difficult to sleep. The shower leaked all over the en suite floor. These apartments also seemed to be on the 'wrong side' of the tracks; there were quite a few people hanging around on the street outside that were high on drugs, particularly at night.
